Main kasar!

Tula.
Bila aku slow talk,cakap elok2......korang buat dek.
Bila aku dengan tak kesahnya call korang banyak kali......korang booo layan.
Orang sikit punya GENTLE.
Tanya elok2.
Kasik time untuk korang buat kerja
Follow-up pun,aku yang buat sendirik,EVEN supposedly,yang DIJANJI the other way around.
But yet aku leh sabar...lagi.
Takpe.
Kasik muka.
Try nak paham.
But then you tell me lah.
After 1 1/2 month,
After 3 times of calling-in without NO FURTHER ACTION wat-so-ever,
and the BEST part,bila aku dah bagi details..boleh pulak ko jawab dengan aku macam gini:

"Cik baru hantar tadi ker?"

THATS IT!
Ko memang "MINTAK"... kan?

Memangla ko "MENDAPAT"la harini.

Kan aku dah bagi data,ko tak bole ke check record or data system ngko?
Bute ker?Or tak reti mengeja?
Dahla bagi jawapan yang SUMPAH macam mintak PENAMPAR,
pastu bila aku mintak incharge-person punya contact number..
kata takda!
"Nombor ni ja ada cik.."
Ko tau tak aku nak go-thru nombor centre ko ni pun dah kena DAIL dekat doploh kali!
Menempah HANGIN aku sungguhla engkorang harini!
Paling yang buat darah aku menyirap is that..bila dia cakap ..
"Cik,saya kena check dengan incharge person dulu,then nanti kita akan call balik"

Aku tak puas hati cos aku tau HAREM depa call balik cos dah jadik TWICE before

"You all takda ker nombor in-charge person tu?
Its been morethan a MONTH you know.
N you all promised within 3 WEEKS!
I have called many times n you said you will call back BUT end up NOTHING!"

"Saya akan dengan check dengan in-charge person n call balik cik by today.
Boleh mintak nombor hp cik?"

????????????

I was like HEEEEEEELLLLLO???
Tadi beriya kata nak call balik n the fact that
YOU DONT EVEN HAVE MY CONTACT DETAIL????
WTFla kan!
Aku act natural lagi at that point.
Padehal dalam ati dah menggelegak dah!Aku cool lagi.
Just bagi nombor yang dimintak and act macam biasa but FIRM.
Eventhough dalam kepala aku tau dah depa TAKKAN return call punya.
So fine.
Korang MAIN KASAR...kan?
Let's play your card then.You dunno who you are dealing with..la obviously!
Ex-7years experienced customer service kott yang ngko bercakap carik pasal ni.
 *nak jugak letak!*
FINE so FINE!
Memang SUMPAH kepala aku dah berasap!
But then pada aku,kalo nak mengamuk pun kena PRO babe.
Aku tak suka nak bising2,melalak or memekak tak tentu hala.
Ade 'cara' dia.
There are ways to deal with this 'shitty'

Ha elok aku anto jer complaint ni and faxed it out to the contact centre,after lunch semalam LAJUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU ja orang perod ni call aku.Pandai pulak mintak maaf bagai.
N paling TERBAIK,
out of no where tetibe bagitau SPEAKER aku dah SIAP!!!???
By esok (meaning TODAY) dah boleh hantar kereta gi service centre untuk pasang balik.

I said fine.Whattime?

The customer service said maybe in afternoon as they need to collect the speakers from vendor in the morning bring it back to Subang.
(macamla KAT OVERSEAS/OUTSTATION kan tempat dia!Rawang jek kottt)
So
she promised by afternoon
(SUPPOSEDLY TODAY,like NOW!)
once the item ready they will call me.


Ok.
Tu cerita,al-kisah semalam.
And guessed what now,at 4PM NOBODY STILL,bothers to return my call or update me in anyhow!
And aku (yang sangat bertimbangrasa ni) trylah  call
(for the 4TH TIME!)
 Glenmarie punya service centre tu again tadi,and as usual alasan yang sama depa kasik

"In-charge person takdala cik.Kami kena call and check dulu..nanti kami call cik semula!"
Simply WTF!
You all so gonna get from me BIG TIMEla kalau by 5pm TODAY,
aku tak terima apa2 call lagi!
Korang tungguLAH!
